Male Fitness & Fighting

Ages 13 and older

This class is for males aged 13 years and older. It is designed to teach fitness, fighting and karate to teenagers and men. This class incorporates cardio, bodyweight training, weight training, and other forms of exercise in order to make you stronger and get you in great shape. This class also focuses on sparring and karate. In order to track your progress and improve your fitness level, we periodically conduct a fitness test that measures your muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, anaerobic power, and flexibility.
